  1. I bought the wife a 118d se and it's been by far the best car we've ever had. Having to sell due to a house move but will be very very sad to see it go. I would highly recommend the 118d se as it has amazing poke for a diesel but very fuel efficient
  2. Hello matey. Another Colchester boy : )
  3. Unfortunately all my pikey friends were to busy to help : ( haha
  4. Hard walled tyres aren't run flats. They're like half way between run flats and normals. They're half the price of run flats
  5. I put on hard walled tyres on the mrs 1 series. About the same sort of price as regular tyres but when I got a puncture I managed to get down the road ok. Found it was miles cheaper for me to buy 4 hard wall tyres and a years subscription to green flag lol
  6. I'll be defo be coming again this year : )
  7. BMW 323ci acs Audi a3 Quattro BMW 1 series 118d (although this is now being sold) : (
  8. Well my mrs is about 5 ft 6 and she fits in the passenger seat fine. Ours is currently in a 1 series 5 door but sometimes goes in a 3 series coupe. To be honest the base raises the seat up but doesn't really put it closer to the rear of the passenger seat. If yours is going into a 3 series coupe then I can't see any probs at all, in fact if anything it'll be much easier because messing around with a seat belt in a 3 series coupes a nightmare!! Like I say the absolute best thing to do is go to mothercare or babies r us etc and ask to try. They've always been really helpful to us. Anything else just shout Mark
  9. Well I suppose the first thing is I take it your car has the isofix anchor points?? The next thing I can not stress more is to go and have a trial fitting at mothercare/babies r us etc because I found with mine being a coupe that the baby seat was very tight against the back of the front seat. This means the unfortunate person sitting in the front passenger seats really close to the dash. I love our isofix and wouldn't be with out it, no messing around with seat belts, it's soooooo much easier. The one thing I will say is regularly check the arms that lock the base to the car. Ours started to bend and almost fell out! (although they assure me this is the only time they've heard of this). As for the seat, we have that seat. It's awesome. Literally had no probs with ours so not much more to say ha. Hope this helps. Anything else just ask Mark
  10. Hello. I've got a little experience. What model do you have??
  11. Hello mate, your near me : ). I'm in Sudbury, was in halstead! (bad I know) welcome along
  12. I'll defo try and get to this!! I'll try and get the old girl ready for it : )
  13. Looked at mine thinking, really want her back on the road : (
  14. Same as. Think I'm at three times a year for a front bumper re-spray lol
  15. Yeah ive never come across an e36 323ci acs that has had any engine mods included so warrant an ACS3 badge. Does this bring up the m-tech body kit so people insist on putting m3 badge on argument Chris??
  16. Thinking about it, when I last spoke to acs they were able to get up the history of the work they had carried out to mine (and that's going back 15 years). Give them a bell and see what they can dig out. I did it just because I'm nosy ; )
  17. I've got the same motor (323ci acs). Full conversion bar any major engine mods. From what I gather from acs, its all down to personal preference when you give it to them, so it's very hard to tell what cars running what as they vary so much. ALOT come from them with full interior/exterior works but the engines untouched, like mine : (
  18. Never heard of that but I'll be really interested to find out as mine sits pretty low!!
  19. Mate proper impressive! (pretty glad I didn try and race you at pod haha). Was thinking of gettin mine done by evolve because I've heard nothing but good things. Have you had any probs since it was done??
