Are Run Flat Tyres Worth It?

I have to replace all four of my 275/35 19 run flats. Should I take this opportunity to return to regular tyres?

Yes, but the main purpose of run-flats is the space saved by not needing a spare !

I put on hard walled tyres on the mrs 1 series. About the same sort of price as regular tyres but when I got a puncture I managed to get down the road ok. Found it was miles cheaper for me to buy 4 hard wall tyres and a years subscription to green flag lol

Where did you get RFT.s cheaper than normal tyres?

Hard walled tyres aren't run flats. They're like half way between run flats and normals. They're half the price of run flats
