fuel prices are disgusting if you ask me...somebody somewhere is raking it in.the privately owned petrol stations reckon they make less than 1p a litre..wtf???? the government need to do something about this sooner rather than later otherwise there wont be motorised vehicles on our roads.the motorways will be full of cyclists lol

this website is great to be fair but most people are at work during the day and dont look on here until they get home :huh: :D

yea sounds like the battery in the key is knackered to me....it should charge every time its put into the ignition.take it to bmw and get a new one.i think the keys are sealed so its buy a new key time although there is a video on youtube about cutting the key open and replacing the battery yourself

i bought my brake bits from sabre autospares for about 60 quid i think

i changed my front discs and pads on mine.its really easy just remember when you take the calipers off tie them up so they dont put stress on the brake pipes.i think the only specialist tool would be an adjustable torque wrench...oh and a 7mm allan key

phil the man you need to talk to about swirl flaps is gav.i think he did his himself.he should be about later.they are all in milton keynes

has anybody seen the video of some bloke(i think he works on a radio station)who buys a writtten off car from the insurance company then blags companies to give him the parts he needs.he ends up with a right minter for peanuts.....i'm pretty sure the car is a 3 series cabby too any ideas anyone????

i'll be up for it i reckon.it'll be nice to look at other german mobiles rather then just bmws

i take my 3 series to a mate of mine who's a mechanic...he does a great job on my car to be fair to him and is a lot cheaper than taking it to bmw. if your bmw has fsh and you want to keep it that way for selling purposes i'd take it to bmw but if not i wouldnt bother as they will sting you big time
