corolla was made from jan 1999 to feb 2000 limeted edition of 420

Maybe, depending on condition, and yeah, I'm going to ban you if you aint got a BMW wink.giftongue.gif

109 bhp and extremely ugly... Don't do it Sam :o

Hi Sam, BMW;s are good cars that go on forever (well almost), I personally would keep the BMW, once you have the problems are sorted, you will be glad that you kept it.

Corolla is a reliable car, 1.6 engine, not much power, boring interior and drive, the money you would use to buy this could buy a battery etc for the BMW, end of the day has to be your choice.

Not knowing too much about your personal life, but you say that you are going to be classified disabled, you could get a Motability car if you get the higher rate of disability allowance,

you could get a brand new car every 3 years, insurance, servicing and no road tax to pay as rated disabled, good luck mate.

I had one years ago hun.......the engine was mint but the bodywork was RUBBISH.........it was just a run of the mill car i gotta car but was ok as a run around for me at the time.....personally id keep the bm depends on how desperate you are to get on the road.......you may have places to go and an off road vehicle aint much good for that................and DONT YOU EVEN CONSIDER LEAVING THIS FORUM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also your profile pic would look wrong holding a Toyota badge !!

hahahaha...........yer u would have to have a koi carp

haha thanks for all your comments

i would love to keep the bmw but it needs:

brakes all round

whole exhaust

2 tyres

coil pack

cam sensor

and this side of xmas and new year i just aint got the money to put it right :(

that why was thinking of getting this just to see me into the new year and the tidy up and sell and get another bmw with less problems if i can.

and Val i wont be going nowhere :D

you have to do what u thinks best for you Sam and if you need to be on the road you might have no options

The deed is done :(

i shall be staying with you lot on here and still paying to be a member as i will have another bmw in the new year hopfully

the corolla aint to bad had good go over it and apart from a c=good clean and polish it aint in bad condition.

:( never mind!

I say fair play to you mate.

The BMW was useless to you with your budget, at least now your mobile and can save a little for the car you really want.

Oh dear, 'tis a dark day, Sam :(
