Just a quick introduction, my name is Brian and i live in stafford staffs, my car at the moment

is a peugeot 306 hdi d turbo which i bought just to try as my first diesel that was 2 years ago.

Only chose it because if i didnt like diesels then i could sell easy no probs.Now i am looking

for a bmw 330d e46 sport saloon around 2003 ish could anybody give me a bit of advice what to look out for

eg weaknesses,mileage issues etc.I hope to get full leather full bmwsh and less than 100,000 miles

is this obtainable on my budget which is £6000.Thanks Brian :)

6k for a 2003 model? You should get a mint one for that.

I paid 4k for my 03 plat 320d, a few body work issues but other than that mint...115k on the clock.

i paid 1300 for my s reg petrol 117k on the clock, was from a auction house though.

few little niggles but so fare nothing that has been major B)

evan if you get one with 100k on the clock i wouldnt worry, its just run in!! could save some cash for yourself then :D

Tbh 6k on a diesel beemer should nab you a great car!

You should never worry about milage on a bm if my car is anything to go by, Its n reg with 271k on the clock and still pulls like a train :D Bmw for the win!

I'd always go for as low milage as possible though lol
