pro's and cons............? from my prospective, diesels are harder to work on, usually cost more in servicing, and consumables (tyres, as the front end is heavier, so need changing more often, from my prospective of course, may be wrong), but better fuel consumption, lower tax. petrol, usually easier to work in the engine bay, less complicated, quieter. big question really though, is can the petrols easily do the same mileages as the diesel equivalent?
