How old is the battery?

Hi Jack thanks for your reply, I've just had the AA out to it,they can't find a fault with battery, but these lights are still on,I reckon the battery is 2years old,I bought the car last march, and I sure the last owner said she put a new battery on in 2011, but I'm kinda stuck now about these lights on,think I might have to take it somewhere to get them reset?

I did the same thing and it was a spiked ECU - jump starting improperly is a common cause of this I believe?
