Hello all, I'm a bit of a car addict and have had a few heavy performance cars in the last few years, I came on here last week asking about 4.8 x5s! but after a week of deliberation I've ended up looking at JCW minis! I do fancy some balls out fun and it would be handy to have back seats for the nippers.

I'm old (40) so insurance isn't an issue, I'd like to spend £5-7k . I've heard a few horror stories about reliability? Can I have some pointers please....

    I've had an e46 m3 it was very good and have a 911 carrera at the moment, I just need something small, fast, 4 seats, reliable and cheap whilst I sell the Porsche and the wife's 4 x 4 to get a 997.

    Id still like some works cooper advice....
