Ian - Why do you say that?

I want to go lower, but got other things to do first as my MOT is approaching :(

These wheels are the same size as my old ones.. But she's planted to the road a lot better now. I was constantly loosing it on mini roundabouts with the old tyres! I will go lower, maybe not 70mm though Gav! I would still like to be able to get over speed bumps at more than 2MPH! :)

Nice rimmage :)

Defo lower it,maybe just on spring for the cheaper option, but make sure you go 60mm front 40mm rear....will look sweet :)

Wasn't even thinking of that much tbh. That photo is downhill so it sits different on a flat road. I'll try and get another photo tomorrow on my travels of the gap lol.. Was thinking more like 30mm on the front and 15mm on the rear..

Love it. When it comes to lowering it, all I can say is...

Daz

Typical women always changing her shoes.... prob as another 10 sets in garage for certain occasions....lol

Well if you mean real shoes then yes, I have about 40 pairs :)

Wheels, I have another BMW set, an Audi set and a Toyota set ;)

I like the new wheels and agree that it isnt really necessary to lower it too much.. just becomes a pain in the rear end then!

  • 4 weeks later...

nice wheel change 70mm is still quite reserved i had my golf cabby slammed 120 mill ! :D but deffo feeling you on the speed bump issue i'd say a drop of about 40mm would look ace and should still get over the bumps ok
