Hello All, Is it possible to remove the clutch foot rest, as i keep catching the edge of my foot on the rest as i change gear. If not i will have to learn to point my clutch foot more to the right to avoid the rest, perhaps should of bought a automatic instead ? I have a 3 series 318 se (02) plate tourer.

Yes, but you will only clear about 7-10mm and it might look a mess !!

No experience with removing it from an E46.

Did remove it from a BMW Mini, made loads of difference.
