Just joined today having bought a 3.0 litre Z3 as a toy, I am lucky enough to have a 5 door 1 series M sport as my every day car. To save on my insurance I need to join a car club any suggestions/ recommendations?

    You may get a discount from Here and other inferior BMW clubs, but you have to deal directly with the insurer to get it and not a comparison site... Swings and roundabouts in my opinion !!

    Thanks insurance co have confirmed they will accept membership here. A £50 discount!

    Nice... Is that with your current Insurer? If it is then I'm sure it can be beaten as they may have gaven you that quote to "Keep" you !!

    If not then you should also ask for either breakdown cover (Not necessary, It's a BMW!!), or introductory discount, windscreen cover etc !!

    Costs nothing to ask ;)

    No as my 1 series is a company car I had to go to a new insurer, they were competitive without the discount.
