Hi to you all, my name is Dean and i am from N.E. Lincolnshire, i have owned a 316 i and a 318i coupe, then i moved on to a 523i se which i sold 4 years ago since then i have owned various cars and 4x4's, but have always regretted getting rid of my 5 series, so i have just bought another 523i se which i pick up on sunday, so i decided to join the club and here i am.

Hi all and thanks for the warm welcomes, well picked my Beemer up today, and her she is i paid £ 700.00 for her and she had a new bottom end last year and she has had the head re-skimmed and valves done she didnt miss a beat on the way home, there was a slight vibration at 75 mph which i suspect is due to wheel balance which ill get done tomorrow and the only other niggle is the asc light is stuck on, but in all i am very happy with the car.
