Hi all,

I have just taken in a BMW 318 ti compact in p/x on my old car, they compact in in very good con and has been well looked after, however it shas been lowered and does nothing but catch teh ground when you go over a bump, It does ride really well, but its just to low for everyday use.

I had been told that i can add small rubber rings between the coil springs to raise the front and rear end a little, these are used for towing to give just a little extra hight has anyone else came across this ???

I have added a photo of the car for you to see. Your thoughts are most welcome

To be honest i need to raise the car about an inch as its just to low to use everyday. May just look at new springs and shocks.

Yeh might be the best way, it's not expensive to buy the springs
