hi there everyone, i have an 02 x5 which has a 6disc multi changer in the boot and a screen up front, i want to play a cd yesterday and all my screen keep saying is "NO DISC" even that i had a full cartridge of disc's. can anyone help me please.

1) the cartridge goes in it makes a noise 6 times then stops, but dont think it pulls the cd in and out

2) i did have mickey cds in it but now changed them for originals still no luck

3) ejected it pushed back in a few time.

4) all cds are in the right way up

help needed please

does anyone know repairer i could use if i cant do anything with it.

i would appreciate all your views on this

    2nd were abouts are so can recommend some help if need be?

    my suggestions are possible loose connection somewere? give it a blow and see if any dust is in there. sometimes works, i no it does with my bedroom dvd player :lol:

    As Andy said, give it a blow out.

    Mine did the same not so long back, I got one of them cannisters of compressed air and blasted it...all fine now :D
