Hi all, I’ve signed up as we have 3 bimmers in our household but in desperate need of some help with one.

Barn find car

1992 registered - K reg

white saloon 320

37k miles from new

electic sunroof, air con and electric windows

full tool kit and unopened first aid kit

matching alloy spare

Full service history

Interior mint condition

exterior needs a cracked bumper repaired which we are doing along with a fresh mot but apart from that mint condition

every part is solid, no rust or anything and drives like a dream.....

now where I’m struggling

there is NOTHING anywhere to compare a price with! We are looking to restore the car and eventually sell it, but what is this kind of find worth??

thanks for your help in advance everyone

Not an easy question to answer I would check out classic auction sites a little on line research should give you clues. The difficulty in valuation is for someone looking for that Marque and model the price may be quite high for someone else it is just an old car (please don't take that the wrong way)

So Google as many sites as possible to get an average price that will help guide you, good luck

Thanks so much for replying, that’s really helpful! I didn’t know there was such a thing as classic auction sites.

eBay and piston heads haven’t been very helpful but I’ll persevere with  some others now I know where to go!

Thanks again.

Hi and welcome to the Forum

I would agree with Greydog on his opinion and I sometimes think it is an idea to float it on eBay and put a high reserve on it to gauge interest and see where it goes.

Let us know how you get on with it all and add some piccies if you like

Cheers,  Trevor
