well after hours and hours scouring the net and lots of research and testing, i have finally bit the bullet and gone for a custom headlight build myself, as it appears no one seems to be interested in giving us a "repo" style plug and play alternative, so I've made one, everything works as it should with no can bus errors anywhere, DRL of oem brightness that will fade when xenons are activated. might not be to every bodies taste but the first unit is complete, all one piece with ballast and all harnesses embedded, literally ready to be plug and play fitted:
