Is My Salesman Full Of It?
The salesman is a t###t. However the mirrors with the light are cheap enough on eBay if you want one.

E92 Half Lit Engine Light Comes On After High Revs! Help
To be honest Andrew it could be loads of things. Like you say leads, coil, plugs. It could also be running lean due to a vacuum leak which would cause it to run hotter, partially blocked injectors etc, etc. It may well be worth buying your own code reader.

Bmw Big Change Of Mind On Tyres?
I agree that my run flats are very harsh on some roads, but in some cases the tyre weld is pretty rubbish. I keep a can in the boot just because I happened to have one but I also have another temporary repair kit that you can use for most punctures without having to take the wheel off. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CAR-VAN-TYRE-TIRE-PUNCTURE-REPAIR-KIT-WITH-10-STRIPS-/131230465044?pt=UK_Cars_Parts_Vehicles_Wheels_tyre_Trims_Trims_ET&hash=item1e8df1fc14 Not had to try and use it yet and hopefully never will.

Upgrading To Angel Lights
They should do. My E92 has these and they are the same shape headlights. However mine also has Xenons, Self Levelling and headlamp washers. If your going to change the lights, you need to avoid the Xenons as you will have to fit the self levellers and washers to make these legal.

Weird. Hopefully not too costly to remedy.

Just Won't Start, Help!
If he didn't do anything else it can only be the battery that's duff. Sounds like it hasn't got enough power to turn the engine over.

Eml Came On
Cheaper fuels shouldn't make any difference so I am told, however experience suggests otherwise. Always had issues with my wife's old SportKA especially if you left the car for a week. The injectors used to block up regularly despite me fitting new fuel filters regularly.

Eml Came On
Light is still off after doing the return journey today.

Eml Came On
Well my EML came on after 165 miles of a 215 mile journey from Essex to Shropshire when I was decelerating from around 80 mph. Car did not run any differently and was still as smooth as always. I pulled up at the Telford Services for a bit but light was still on when I started her up again all the way to Oswestry. I figured it may have something to do with the Asda petrol I have been using. It's the only petrol available where I live. So I put in a bottle of STP Complete Fuel System Cleaner and filled her up with a tank of Esso Supreme and the light has now gone out. Let's see how long it stays off.
