  4. My mate has just put green stuff on his MX5 (boo jap ;) ) he's forever complaining about the amount of brake dust on his wheels. I have another friend with Brembos with yellow stuff pads on his Alfa 147gta. He says that when their cold he can't stop for !Removed! but when he gets them warm "they could stop a train"
  5. Have a look at the parts for sale section and if you can't find anything post something in the wanted section :).

  7. Haha no problem Howard, any questions you have don't be afraid to ask. Very friendly bunch on here :).
  8. I agree as well get both changed. Find a good BMW specialist and I'm sure they will agree. I use DM Worx in Aylesbury and I have nothing but good things to say about their services and prices.

  12. Hi, Check out the E46 buying guide and common faults thread pinned at the top of the 3 series section, you should be able to find most things you are looking for there. As for the MPG question I cannot help as I have a 36 and it's only a 318.
  13. Favourite clip is the E36 at 00:56 keep your foot in it ;). Quality video Daz couldn't pull myself away from it once I started watching.
  14. I'm currently at Uni in Stoke so I'm up for coming to any meets.

  17. As the title says I have a pair of E36 Front Orange Indicators (with holders) for sale. These are for the touring, saloon and compact. Please message for if you are interested £20 Delivered (open to offers) Cheers, Steve P.S. I will upload a photo as soon as I can.
  18. Well I put a hole in the silicone hose and put the air intake sensor in there. The warm air in the engine bay doesn't really bother me to much. Don't feel it makes a difference especially as it's not a high performance machine haha. that's why people put the cones in original box to stop that. You can also make yourself a kind of heat shield if you like and run a cold air hose from somewhere like the fog light area to the cone.
  19. Still on her original wheels in this pic so I apologize but just to show the orange fogs and stuff. Steve.
  20. I have orange fogs and main beam lenses on my E36. I just ordered some laminex and covered the original fogs. But not the cheap Ebay rubbish and it has worked wonders. Until I recently pulled one of my fogs out along with my tow strap in a little drift whoopsy. Steve
  21. Hi Smithy, I currently have a Pipercross induction kit of my E36 318is, which I am very happy with. A lot of people recommend putting a cone filter type inside the original air intake box, or a uprated panel filter in the original box e.g. K&N. Steve.
