Hi Colin, welcome to the club. Don't let your 'wife, GF or partner' sit in the car, that may ease your squealing issue!!! Have you considered the fan belt? It may be loose/worn etc.

Hi Graham, welcome to the club. I've run and owned a 520d M Sport in the past and found it a superb machine. You can tell your missus from me it's a far better car than an Audi, well done. Incidentally what did you have to concede too? ;-)

Well Stephen that looks absolutely fabulous, what a wonderful motor and you have every right to be very proud of such a fine example. Reminds me of when I lived in Germany in mid 80's looked to buy a plain and simple 3 series 318is (in that very colour) but decided on a Ford Sierra 4x4. Stupidity of youth you might say but saw sense in the end. Have fun and enjoy every minute resplendent in the Miami Vice Shades ;-)
