being a diesal your going to get a nice bit of extra torque, bhp will go up to. i believe sometimes you can get better MPG to!

spark plugs all done :D then while doing that the postman turns up with not only my docs for insurance but also my 6000k headlight bulbs. all four of them :lol: one of them has blown so it would be rude not to change them all :P

welcome to the club insurance is a bit hit and miss these days we have a insurance company on here , but they dont qoute in certain areas and you have to have driven a rear wheel drive car for at least a year! try the supermarkets and shop around B)

little update just got some new spark plugs, gave my mechanic mate a tenner thinking they will be the usual £2.50 a plug, phones me at lunch time alrite lad, only spark plugs they do for yours are £35!! NGKs , erm , sod it then yeah get them :lol: joys of the bimmer

doesnt sound right to me. cars will use oil but not that much! have you checked the sump isnt leaking, are anywere else? stick some cardboard under the car at night see how much is dropping down, might be worth taking the plastic cover off for this though. welcome to the forum to :)

prob best to get a chip. turbos your prob talking at least 3k+ its not just a case of throwing one on your car and away yer go. fuel/air mixture changes, ecu needs programming, cooling system etc look into getting a exhaust, air filter and a chip. may get a few horses for that
