  1. Hi Phil....welcome back to the Club You are more than welcome to set up some meets and club days if you wish and let us know if you want any help and assistance. The Club is now revamped since BMW muscled their way in and shut down the use of the name and URL which then led to the demise...but we're still live and kicking. Good to have you back onboard Cheers, Trevor
  2. Spotted some of these driving around the compounds acting as VIP Courtesy vehicles at Le Mans 24 Hours....looked very nice although thought it was a Bentley Bentayga at first
  3. With BMW new flagship SUV, the X7, nearing production, the company is now said to be developing a BMW X8 coupe that would sit above the X2, X4 and X6 in the firm’s range. The BMW X8 will be designed for people who want a practical SUV but aren’t willing to sacrifice on style. That means the X8 will get a more swooping roofline than other BMW SUV's, including the upcoming the X7, and an even bolder front grille – although it’s hard to imagine how the latter could be possible. X8 models are likely to come as standard with lowered M Sport suspension – to give the car a more hunkered down appearance – and massive alloy wheels.
  4. Would be interested to know what the issue is with the wheel leaning inward. Hopefully the alignment checks should show something and also i assume they will visually check for broken springs, etc. Please keep us updated
  5. Hi Lee.....welcome to the Forum I would replace the pads as planned and then see if that resolves the DSC and Hill Start issue. If it doesn't go then I would advise checking your ABS sensors. Another thought....are your tyre diameters the same (e.g. same tread depth over the axle set)?

  7. Hi...welcome to the Forum Great choice of car, it sometimes pays to drive both to compare and at least you'll never be left wondering what the other one would have been like to drive. Good to have you onboard Cheers . Trevor
  8. Hi Jim....welcome to the Forum If the fuse blew before and you replaced it then it must have an issue somewhere in the electrical system to cause the fuse to blow. I would check the replacement fuse hasn't blown and also disconnect components until you eliminate the cause of the overload. My guess is one of the window motors is straining (sticking mechanism, etc) which is causing the electrical overload
