X5 Replacement Stereo

I have a 2001 (Y) BMW X5 4.4 V8 (assume this is an E53).

It has the factory fit cassette deck with 6 disk Cd Changer in the boot. However I would like to upgrade the head unit to something that will allow BT connectivity for phone. Sat Nav is not essential but would be useful dependent on price.

I am a total noob here so I have no idea what would be the best option to go for. I have seen the item below on ebay but I am always suspicious of ebay.

Stick to a UK seller, you may have difficulties in returning faulty crap back to Hong Kongcestershire :huh:
