Bmw E36 Compact 318Ti Knocking At The Front End

I have another problem with my little Yellow Compact lol !!

Everytime I go over a bump in the road, and lets face it there are plenty of them on our roads these days, there is a loud knock/bang any ideas?

I have had the front rear bushes done on the wishbones and I have been told that it could be the anti roll bar link rods????

It is driving me mad and I need to know what it is lol

Is this an easy fix? I like to try and do as much work on it myself if I can (Mainly because I don't trust garages with my pride and joy lol !!)

Very simple, take wheel off, take 2 nuts of links, take links out, put new in, put new nuts on...really is that easy
