if i put a boot spoiler on it will it stop my bm spinning out when going round a bend a bit to fast or pulling out of a junction

Not really mate, a spoiler will help at high speeds, but will not make a difference on pulling out of a junction in any way.

A spoiler is designed to reduce drag or increase down force.

For it to be beneficial you will have to be doing high speeds

any suggestions as iv lost control a few times pulling out of a junction to fast but manage to get it back under control don't want it to happen to the miss that's all thanks for any help could it be the tyres on the car they are new but could i need diffident tred

TBH mate, if your loosing grip so easily in a 328 when pulling out of a junction you are going way to fast!

My E46 330ci wouldn't loose control when pulling out unless i wanted it to.

Your right foot is too heavy. Keep it on the track eh? There's Children around junctions whereas there are tire walls around a track.

You will prob find front wheel drive car will spin a lot easier than a rear wheel drive.

You don't gotta put foot to the floor every time you release the clutch.

As Daz said, chill out or your gonna kill someone

Ram some Potatoes in the fart-pipes, that'll cure it :P

+1 to Gav !!

Or just learn to drive it properly,no offence !!

its an auto could and could it be that my abs light is stuck on since that is stuck on this has been happening

That wont help as the traction control wont be working either.

You probably have a broken sensor.

I have spare sensors if you find the fault.

PM me if your interested in buying one

If you have no traction control and all that power under your foot, you will spin if you are to "Keen"

All technical things aside, you have answered your own question and I quote

"when going round a bend a bit to fast"

Yeah, traction control isn't in operation... Even saying that it wouldn't be so frisky if you didn't hammer the accelerator  :o

You do it on purpose its going to happen.

F1 cars can pull off without spinning in circles, im pretty sure a 328 can

Is it supercharged? ;-)

Yeah the disabled TC won't be helping. Also being RWD have you checked the tyre tread? If low on grip or budget tyres then more likely to spin out too
