E46 Speedo, Fuel Gauge, Abs And Traction Control Not Working

Featured Replies

Hi as stated above I have all the problems which all occured at once on a very cold and snowy day. I was wondering if you guys had any idea what my problem could be with my 2003 330ci? Running perfect but warning lights everywhere! Thanks Dean

Sounds a little odd!!

Firstly check all fuses, then get it on a obe reader mate.

Car battery ;)

I had a similar issue with warning lights, speedometer and fuel consumption not working and it turned out to be a faulty speed sensor on my passenger side rear wheel. Once it was replaced solved all the problems

Reset the codes on OBD as Gav says, the fuses too inc. under-bonnet relays etc...

Seems like an electrical issue obviously but did you experience any interior condensation??

Hi, did anyone find a solution for this problem? Ive suffered this faulty recently! Ive cleared the codes but they come back intermittently!

I am assuming the speed sensor contacts are on the dirty side -

also go through the fuses making sure there sitting in properly.

first thing to do is to pull the codes through the obd port

cool, cheers. Ive checked fault codes through launch and it points to rear left..

Is that wheel speed sensor side?
