I am new to the club and have just brought a BMW X5 (07)

I am looking to fit some headrest monitors. I was wondering if people had any experience of doing this.

I am not so worried about the fitting its just a wide range in price difference.

These are a few i am considering at the moment.

Also all the headrests appear to have FM transmitter in order to communicate with the main stereo to put the sound out via all the speakers.

Does this work REALLY?

I have previously used FM transmitters plugged into iPODs and the sound quality want great and it also as you drove around would be interrupted by other radio stations including pirate. Could never find one frequency that was never ever used by anything else.

Hi mate that was next in my list of things to do on mine before the gearbox went !Removed! up so never looked into the price of these sorry I can't be of too much help but keep us posted on this as info would be of help to all new members

The ones I use are these ones ........... http://www.chinavasion.com/china/wholesale/Car_Video/Headrest-Armrest_Monitors/7_Inch_Car_Headrest_Monitor-Headrest_Game_System and they are way cheaper than the ones youve posted.really easy to fit aswell,I can play 3 diff dvds/cds etc (one in each of the headrests and one on the head unit) or I can play the same on all 3 using the head unit as the main player.
