TBF this forum does need more women,but unfortunatly it seems to be the way with car clubs,except designated womens car clubs,and theres not many of them !! <aybe we should have a 'women only section' to entice a few more in :)

Have to say I disagree with having a womens only section if you have a love of cars and want to be a part of a club it should be something you want to do and I think having a women only section would just cause segregation, as far as Im concerned everyone that wants to join should be here because they are actually interested in the cars and the atmosphere that you get with a car club.... but then perhaps that just my outlook on this sort of stuff i think women have to work hard to be accepted in these sort of clubs anyway so why start to put up walls

I agree, no need for a women only section. It's about the cars, not gender. If there are fewer women than men as members, it not a fault in the club that it needs to solve, no, it's just a reflection of the fact that, (at the moment), not as many women are into cars as men. But it is changing........
