if a car fails mot due to high emisions is this easy to fix

i just searched n it found the car said regestered on 3/5/2000

Might be but the dvla tend to get import date right,iĺ have a proper look in the office tomorrow

Im not hot on this so may be wrong.

But at work we sometimes have old shape chassis in, out of date by sometimes 2 years. Causes us massive prelims with different dimension etc.

But these chassis are unregistered so when they do get registered will they go to the current year even though there 2 years old ( delivery miles only )
