took it for mot today didnt pass nearside ball joint needs done are so they say .

got home jacked car up put it on stands cant find any play what so ever .are well just going to buy new wishbone

keep getting prices from £50 to £100 any one no where to get best price

    I get mine from ebay for bout 70 quid a set and do both sides each time :)

    Note to others the newish one man mot set up shakes the car in many directions to find bush faults that a lever will not, I know to my cost!

    thats what he did put it oh a shaking ramp to find fault said it was lower ball joint just a little bit of play

    got two wishbones and a price 20 quid a side to fit at my mates garage god bless the north east

    bmw dealer ship 120 per wishbone 200 labour rip off .

    Similar, 2 rear suspension bushes on the front arms = £44 labour £156 local garage . BMW garage quote £536!!! Also 2 new rear springs local garage plus fitting £101 BMW £580 Guess where I went..........

    yep some new ramps now have shaker plates on its funny to watch ur car havin a fit on the ramp. i prefer the long bar n find the play method myself
