Car in question is an e36 318. The oil service light was on the orange so I put 3 litres in. The oil service light is still on the orange, how do I reset it?

    just refilling oil won't sort the light out.

    But I'm sure the is a button combo that gets rid of this, some E36 owner will be along soon to help you out I'm sure
