Just talking to a mate of mine about tyres and mentioned mine were directional when the wife pipes up with that's a bit stupid what about when you go in reverse :-) !!

    my mrs said to me yesterday

    will you get my tyre fixed as im fed up of using the spare(space spaver on her vw polo) as its making me wheel spin all the time.

    funny that really seeing as the space saver is on the back wheel!!!

    I used to work for a courier company and we has some wheels in to send via parcel force, their max was 30kg these weighed 32. One of the girls suggested we let the air out :blink:

    I believe that if you put directional tires on the wrong way, then you have to laterally rotate the gearbox thru 180 degrees :unsure:...

    A blonde mechanic would think of doing that :lol:
