7 Series Comfort System Electrics

I have a 730d sport (2004) series on which the automatic seat and mirror adjustment has failed. Local BMW dealer said that on test there are "100's of faults" and they do not know what is causing it. They could replace the car handle and then have another look to see if that had solved it/where to go next. Unsurprisingly I did not take up this invitation. Now the air conditioning has started to play up. It works intermittantly and the controls seem to have a mind of their own.

Does anyone know of a specialist BMW electrician? I live in Surrey but would travel to access a good service.
