so there i am working up a sweat in a big house in SE1 when the customer finaly comes down stairs and says i will make some homemade lemonade in a bit :D

I was workin on some ones car few weeks ago on what has been the hottest day of the year. I had ran out of water and the ##### didnt evan offer me a brew!

She had 3 big bottles of coke in her car. I was soo tempted to drink some evan with it bein warm! Then top it back up again with my own water ;) should of lookin back now

I work in peoples houses everyday....to make things easier (and cos I got allergies and im on a diet etc) I just refuse everything ;)

i got given ice cold bottles of cobra on a kitchen i fitted the other week.result!!!!!

Customers are always giving me stuff like tips,bottles of home made wine,eggs,sky+ boxes,freeview boxes :) all goodness,especially the money :)

i've had wine,beer,money,cigarettes,tools,work tops,a coal shovel and even a big kiss given to me but never an egg

actually,best one ever.

a customer i was workin on an extension for had 2 washing machines one worth around 300 quid one worth around 600 quid.she asked if anyone needed one.as i was moving into my new house i said yea i'll have it,expecting to be offered the cheaper one.

when she pointed to the 600 quid aeg one i pretty much ran out with it and stuck it in the van before she changed her mind.BONUS!!! :D :D :D tis good when things like that happen

worse tip i ever got was from an elderly indian lady was spring onions and a cucumber fresh from the feild that day :D

Back in the day when I was a Saturday boy at B&Q I use to help old lady's with bags of compost to there cars I use to get money, sweets, cakes, bottle of wine once (I was only 16 at the time) and even was even asked to give a lady a hand somewhere else if you no what I mean
