Bmw 328

hi there peeps ,just wanted to say hi .

also i have a 328i yr 2000 i have had for awhile but i have an issue with what i think is my gearbox it not selecting any gear and also i have just found a leak which i think has something to do with this ,can anyone help me with any ideas what i can do or what they feel the issue is thanks for any help you can give.
