E36 Nose Removal ?? Help Needed !!

Due to some arsehole reversing into my car outside my garage,for the 3rd time,and bending the bumper down and the part of the 'nose' underneath the headlight/indicator I need to know how to get it off so I can straighten it up as I got a photo shoot booked for this Friday.....HELP HELP HELP !!

Id rather not put a pic up,its like walkin round with a black eye.....embarassing !! The inspection and repair starts tomorrow ! GRRRRRR

take the bumper off and try it that way, make sure you check impact beams, radiators to
