andy-mcq Posted September 5, 2010 Posted September 5, 2010 they really are fantastic cars, not for off road use but they dont really make them for that now!my dads is the 3.0 diesal, i was surprised at how much pull it has for a big automatic car it has, overtaking is no problem at all and it feels nicly planted for corners to!id have one :D Quote
AL4N Posted February 6, 2011 Posted February 6, 2011 Hi Stevie I also have a 2006 X5 3.0 Diesel Sport. TBH at first I wasn't to sure about the engine in such a big machine so was toying with the 4.4L Petrol but when I test drove the 3.0D I have to say as Andy sayed the pull of it all the way from stop right up is excellent esp with the box in S mode. :D I was well impressed with the pulling power and the torque touch hairy wood but since I have had her I've had no problems with it at all(fingers crossed)lol Quote
