XTool A80Pro
KC501 Key Programmer

Connect A80Pro, VCI, KC501 and OBD port.

Special Function>>Key Programming>>BMW>>Immobilizer>>Manual select>>CAS4/CAS4+>>Keys Matching

Then we have our vehicle info.

Keys info.

We select “Key pos 3” and click on “KC100/KC501 generate spare key”.

Select “Require original car key to operate” and follow the prompt.

We exit and enter “Key matching” again, and we can see the key pos 3 is occupied already.

Alright, that’s how we add a key for BMW CAS4 via OBD using XTool A80Pro Scanner and KC501 Programmer.
