Supplemental light failure warning

Hi Anyone had an issue with my 2006 E64, I am getting light failure alert, parking light but on inspection there is no failure. On  plugging reader in, it is saying a 'supplemental light failure' and that is it.

All lights appear to be on and working including parking lights, if anything daytime angel eyes appear a bit down on power. Maybe that is a clue.

 

Appreciate any insights/experience.

    I thought the supplemental light was the third brake light ?? Can't remember where I read that but worth checking. You can change the Angel eye bulbs for LED replacements that brighten them up if it's a concern.

    Had a good look around at all lights and function and nothing obvious. Ill go through all the led lights and check them all to see if even one LED has gone. could be as simple as that.
