Lost only key for E92 335 2009. Can anyone help pleasehelp

Hi everyone! So I've lost my only key for my 09 E92 335. Having rang bmw they say they need my car at the at the dealership. Unfortunately the car is not accessible for a recovery truck. Can anyone  suggest an alternative? Tia

    Take your V5 with you to a BMW Dealer and their Parts Dept will be able to order you a new key from the Factory. Not cheap but the only reliable way.

    Hi, thanks for reply. However apparently their rules have changed and they need to have a pic taken of the car at a BMW dealer 😏

    Not heard that one before ?? How do they expect you to get it there?? 

    I think I would Contact BMW UK Customer Services to see if they can assist May be it is just that dealer or maybe a picture of you with the car ??

    I know I checked bm website and they say same. Rule just came in apparently. Wouldn't care I lost it 3 months ago but thought it would have turned up by now. Wish I'd just ordered then 🤒
