Bmw 5 series 2006 m sport

I have a 2006 msport 5 series 525auto6 and drives and pulls perfect, however after 30 mins or so when giving a little power the electrics go crazy.. I drive resets, diles going mad electrics going on and off, it comes up transmission fault then battery fault, abs, lights, and battery check terminals, I turn it of and on drives fine again.. its had a new battery , glow plugs and again drives fine .. please help

Are the battery terminals tight?

Also has the battery been coded in for the new voltage readings?

Both of the above would give similar symptoms to what you are describing
