Hi guys

new member

I've just picked up an e90 2008 330d
Mapped
Swirl flap deleted
Egr deleted
Dpf deleted
I noticed once at operating temps I get a noise when coming on boost from the passenger side under the dash
Goes away at higher revs

I narrowed it down to around the inlet manifold (had a mate hang on to the strut brace while I drove carefully down his driveway)
I replaced all the manifold gaskets first to no avail and now the valve itself after using a boost pressure tester and discovering it was the valve making the noise
It's started doing the same thing with the new valve pretty much the same day so clearly somethings wrong elsewhere
No codes stored, no loss in power
It sounds a lot like a mosquito or letting air out of a balloon slowly kind of wheezing noise

Anyone experienced the same?
Tia
