Had issues with the rear drivers side window not working.
Replaced both rear door actuators.
Issue resolved………..
Before I attach the door panels I want to make sure the speakers are connected correctly.  The have the small blue connector that connects to the speakers.  The speakers connections looks typical like the left or right,  or positive or negative of speakers.  I tried making sure both speakers were connected to the same connection on both speakers, no speakers working.  I then tried the other connecting and still nothing.
Checked the fade settings on the radio as well, nothing
All the other speakers work fine.  Front dash, front doors, and rear deck.  Just the rear doors don’t work.  These rear door speakers worked fine before.

Am I missing something.  I’ve done some searches online and people are saying replace the speakers.  Come one.  I will not buy that fix.

Any help would be great.  TIA.

Morning Danny

Take a look at www.newtis.info It is a BMW Technical Information site. Check the wiring diagram's for your model, I would check the speaker cables for continuity in case one or more have broken the flex part at the door loom is a possibility. Don't ignore the speakers they were a fail point on X5's
