Hello

I'm quite interested in the new 750MC 116 series. You can only use the the BMW116 E87 from 2004 to 2006 with the 1.6 N45 engine with the five speed box and Gaz shocks. Currently I know nothing about these cars so my question is are they all the same or is one year better than another?

    Have look at www.realoem.com you will be able to see which part numbers are common over the 3 year period. Obviously looking at the major parts engine gearbox suspension components. When you click on a part number it will show which other models it was used on as well so widening the base for spares (you will need them as you break stuff)

    Thanks Dave I'll have a look. I've been racing MX5s for years, sprint and endurance but this is a new series and so far it looks really good.
