coding of modules

Featured Replies

Hi

got my scanner reader v1.4.0 set up and learning to use it.  i thought i would enable the aux heating rather than vent.  after finding how to do this, i thought i would also try enable eu daylight running.    i ticked th ebox  and then "write"  it said  done  ok. i dont know when these are supposed to come on,  is it when i run in daylight only or do i need a lighswitch position on |?  as i cant seem to see them on.     anyway the heater,  i found the module  but the coding thing  was different to the light module.  there was no way to enter the settings to change it from vent to aux as someone on here had done .   any help gratefully accepted.   then also on screen  there was a red box where it said extra heater,   i cleared this and it stayed off but still cannot find how to change the thing over to heat.   i presume im in the right module am i for the aux heater,  there was another one , sorry i forgot name,  that was same,  i could open the coding , then on screen the recode was greyed out   only  write code and read code was there to be opened.
