I need to change my car stereo amplifier on my 2012 528i..... Is there an other way to do this other than going to a BMW car dealership...too expensive

    Hi Derrick...welcome to the Forum

    Not sure about just replacing the amp (with an aftermarket one) and keeping standard head unit unless of course the replacement is a standard BMW unit.

    This company has a good selection of replacement units, which would work with any aftermarket amplifier
