135i Exhaust on a 120d - Straight fit?

Morning all,

I've had a quick search around and couldn't find anything directly relating to the F20/21 models, so I thought I'd ask the question in here.

Does the 135i backbox go straight on to a 120d of the same year, or is there work to do to get it to fit?

Any help would be much appreciated.
