E36 Uneven Tyre Wear

The rear tyres on my E36 convertible are unevenly worn, both almost bald on the inside edges and still loads of tread on the outsides. Could this simply be a tracking issue of could it be something more? It's hard to tell but there appears to be a little negative camber on the rear wheels. Is this normal or has something been modified by a previous owner, and could this be causing the uneven wear?

Track rod ends could be the problem

Best get it 4 wheel tracked and take it from there.
