Just changed all my interior bulbs, footwells etc to red led , what a stunning transformation , anyone thinking about it should do it ,

    I did this not long after I had bought my 330ci. Not with red (I think that would draw unwanted attention from the ladies of the night in my area) but rather with the white/xenon kind of look. Huge improvement over the nasty dated yellow lights.

    Hi.

    You just put in led interior kit for bmw e46 on ebay and it comes up.

    Good luck. Just ordered mine.

    I got 10 leds from ebay for about £3. From memory every festoon LED is about 40mm.

    Where did you get yours Steve? After some white ones for my e91, don't really need every bulb, just the main interior ones when doors are unlocked or opened.

    eBay has stacks of interior LED bulbs for peanuts - some do end up coming from China though so may take a while.
