I bought my first X5 last week and just having a few teething problems with certain niggly things not working.Mine has a Rosen DVD Player in the ceiling but it will not work. The power comes on and the screen lights up, but it will not play any discs. I have tried a cleaner to get rid of any static or dirt but it still make no difference. When I push in the disc (I have tried 3 discs), the unit just pushes the disc back out and although the disc goes back in automatically it keeps pushing the discs back out.

I have emailed Rosens tech dept but I think they are in the States and their website says to find a local dealer, but there appears to be none in the UK.

Can anyone assist please?

    I know this might sound daft but have you tried putting the disc in the other way round? They usually go in label facing up. Just a thought
