Hi. Got a problem with my gears, Today, i had to stop and reverse quickly, so away i go when i suddenly felt a big "clunk", since then, when in "D" as soon as i pull away in first it slips out..if i stop and move it to "S" same thing. I can however move it to "+/-" (tiptronic) and pull away in first, change to second 3r d etc.. . What has also happened is it came up with "Trans Failsafe Prog", and seemed to restrict the gears to 3,4 and 5 gears only.

Can someone tell me whats going on?

    Hi, if you mean does the gear selector knob feel loose, then No, still feels the same.
